Threadline Health Pty Ltd (ABN 69 692 845 391) provides a service that helps families collect and organise information to prepare for an ADHD assessment. This information applies to the Threadline website and service and to all related communications.
1. What Threadline is for
Threadline is intended to help families collect, organise and present information for review by a qualified healthcare professional. It is not intended to diagnose, screen for or predict ADHD, recommend treatment, or replace the judgement of a healthcare professional.
2. Clinicians remain responsible
The healthcare professional who receives an Assessment Package is responsible for interpreting the information, obtaining any further information required and making all diagnostic and treatment decisions.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing provided by Threadline constitutes medical, clinical or professional advice, should be relied upon for healthcare decisions, or creates a clinician-patient relationship with Threadline. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns.
4. Not an emergency service
Threadline is not an emergency or crisis service, and its support channels are not continuously monitored. If you or someone else may be at risk of harm, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis line immediately. See our Urgent Help page.
5. No guarantee of sufficiency
Threadline helps organise the information families choose to provide. Threadline does not guarantee that the information in an Assessment Package is complete or sufficient for any particular clinical purpose or decision.
6. Regulatory position
Threadline does not claim that the Service is approved, cleared, registered or certified by the Therapeutic Goods Administration or another medical-device regulator. Where a regulatory approval, classification or registration applies to the Service, we will provide accurate information about it.
