Welcome to Threadline.
These Terms of Use explain how you may use Threadline and the responsibilities we each have. By creating an account or using Threadline, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Threadline Does
Threadline helps families prepare for ADHD assessment by collecting, organising and presenting information in a structured Assessment Package.
Threadline is an assessment preparation platform.
Threadline does not:
- diagnose ADHD
- provide medical advice
- replace a clinician
- recommend treatment
- prescribe medication
Clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of your child’s clinician.
2. Who Can Use Threadline
You may use Threadline if:
- you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or
- you otherwise have legal authority to provide information about the child.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to upload and share any documents.
3. Your Thread
Your Thread is the secure record you create within Threadline.
You remain the owner of the information you upload.
Threadline stores and organises this information on your behalf.
You control who your Thread is shared with.
Threadline will never share your child’s information with a clinician, teacher or another third party without your permission.
4. Assessment Packages
Threadline prepares an Assessment Package using the information you provide.
The completeness and accuracy of the Assessment Package depends on the information submitted by you and any invited contributors, such as teachers.
Threadline does not guarantee that an Assessment Package will result in a diagnosis or improve any particular clinical outcome.
5. Payments
Threadline Assessment Preparation is available for a once off fee displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is required before access to paid features.
Fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. Access for Every Child
Our mission is to help every child be understood.
If paying for Threadline would genuinely prevent your family from accessing the service, please contact us.
We may provide reduced cost or complimentary access at our discretion.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- upload only information you are authorised to share
- keep your account secure
- use Threadline only for lawful purposes
- not attempt to misuse or interfere with the platform
8. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Threadline may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control.
9. Intellectual Property
Threadline, including its software, workflows, designs and content, is owned by Threadline Health Pty Ltd.
You retain ownership of the information you upload.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your information to Threadline.
10. Privacy
Your use of Threadline is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Threadline provides assessment preparation services only.
- Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your child’s clinician.
- We are not responsible for clinical outcomes, diagnoses or treatment decisions made by healthcare professionals.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Where changes are significant, we’ll notify registered users before the updated Terms take effect.
